As per our terms and conditions at https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-conditions we offer refunds to annual subscriptions within the first 30 days. Since you are subscribed to a Personal Cloud monthly plan, unfortunately you do not qualify for the refund. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I am following up on your email in which you informed me that my request for a refund for my subscription to the "Personal Cloud" plan cannot be fulfilled.
I would like to remind you that, as a consumer residing in France, I am entitled to a right of withdrawal as stipulated by Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code. This law grants me a 14-day period to cancel a distance contract, such as the subscription in question, without having to provide any justification or incur any penalties.
You can find the details of the relevant legislation on the official Légifrance website: Article L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code.
In accordance with these legal provisions, I kindly request that you proceed with the refund of my subscription as soon as possible. Should you fail to do so, I will be forced to assert my rights with the appropriate authorities.
Please note that failure to comply with this right may result in penalties, including an administrative fine of up to 15,000 euros for a legal entity, as stipulated by Article L242-1 of the French Consumer Code.

We have recently amended our terms and conditions and we now provide refunds within the first 30 days for both monthly and annual subscriptions. We will soon update our terms and conditions to reflect this change.
We have issued you a $19 refund for your subscription. This amount should reflect in your payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

It was brought to my attention that we have an error in our refund terms on the website.
Please accept our apologies for this, this error was corrected, we do offer refunds for the first payment up to 30 days no matter if you've purchased a monthly or a yearly subscription.
As my colleague KC pointed out, we already processed a refund and you can expect your money back into your account in the following days.
