I cannot delete my account

Hi, I would like to know why I cannot delete my account. Every time I click on delete subscription I always return to the main dashboard. I have just cancelled my domain and my payment method is expired.

  Hi Meco,

  Are you wanting to cancel your monthly subscription to the Personal Cloud plan? We can do this for you. Please let us know your reason for cancelling your subscription and we will take care of it.

  Hi George, I want to delete my account and my Personal Cloud Plan because my website has been deleted and I have no intention of creating a new one, as it is no longer in use. So can you help me?

  Hi Meco,

  We have cancelled your Personal Cloud subscription and it will expire on October 2, 2024.

  Your account is active and you can sign in and look at your project https://mecocoworking.brizy.site/it/ later if you want to. If you do not wish to access your Brizy Cloud account in the future and want to close it, kindly confirm.
