To confirm, this is what my friend sees when logging in which as far as I know on a lifetime deal shouldn't be happening. Otherwise he can edit his site as normal.

    Hi

Your friend has nothing to be concerned about.

As the notification in the attached screenshot says, the "Free Trial Cloud Pro" plan is expiring and not the Lifetime Plan. The Lifetime plan will remain active, and nothing will change in his account after the expiration of the Free Trial Cloud Pro plan on September 2nd.

Hi, thanks for the reply and reassurances but it is still odd that when my friend tried to log in after a while of not doing so, he could not access his existing dashboard until he'd signed up for the trial.

It's also odd I think that you say it's because it's the Cloud Pro trial rather than Lifetime Plan, which as far as I am aware, the Cloud Pro is already part of the Lifetime Plan that I have.

Thanks for any further thoughts on this...

    Hi

We apologize for forcing users to register for the free trial. The Free Trial Cloud Pro is not included in the Lifetime subscription; it is valid only for 14 days from the time of activation.

I have no idea what is really going on here, maybe it's just some simple misunderstanding but are you saying there is something that is called "Brizy Cloud Pro" which is something different to the "Brizy Cloud" that IS included with my LTD?

If there is something called Brizy Cloud Pro, why can't I see it described on the pricing page or indeed if I search the internet? If it doesn't exist why are you forcing an existing Brizy Cloud user to register for something they are already registered to use? Or, if there is a Brizy Cloud Pro, could you provide me with a link that will show what the differences are?

    Hello,

A free trial is a limited-time offer of a product for free so that customers can try it out and decide if it's right for them before making a purchase. Free Trial Cloud Pro allows 14 days for a user to try out the Brizy Cloud before investing into a subscription plan listed at https://www.brizy.io/pricing-cloud. Kindly have a look at the tutorial Brizy Cloud Free Trial

I don't think you're quite appreciating the situation. We understand what a free-trial is and there will be no need for us to decide if it's right for us before making a purchase because we are already fully paid up LTD members which includes Cloud, the WP plugin, and almost everything as far as I'm aware (except white-labeling perhaps)

I have had my account for a few years and my friend/client is developing a site with one of my Brizy Cloud licenses from my AppSumo LTDs and he's been able to successfully log in and develop the site for about two years without there being any issue whatsoever.

Recently, he went back to log in to the dashboard again and instead of being able to proceed as normal he was required to set up a free trial account even though he already had an account with unrestricted access. Once he'd completed that unrequested free-trial process, he could access his dashboard as normal.

He is now being told his 'free trial' (which he didn't need) is about to end on the 2nd Sept. Therefore, from what you are saying (or not saying re 'Cloud Pro' vs just 'Cloud'), it sounds like his access will be restricted or end after that date due to being treated as an expired free-trial user.

I would be grateful if you could try and figure out what is actually going wrong here, either with the system or our understandings, thank you.

    Hi

I assure that your friend's account will maintain status quo after the free trial expires on September 2. His access will not be restricted. Kindly ignore the notification regarding the free trial in his account.

If something changes after September 2, kindly get back to us. We will take care of it
