Direct Email

Once the intended email is written in the "link" portion of the panel, is the text written under "Direct Email" supposed to be black, or is it an indication that something went wrong and it's supposed to be white like the rest of the text?

P.S.  In the "link" portion of the panel, I wrote/typed in "mailto:" and then put the intended email. 

 

Does the "No matches found" error appear because I typed in "kevin@kstarmngmt" instead of typing the entire length of the link code written in the browser?

  Hello Kevin,

  The black color is currently applied to your email address. Kindly highlight the email address and apply the appropriate color.

   

   

  When you type the @symbol in the Brizy Text element, you will see a list of available dynamic text options. "No matches found" notification indicates that there were no dynamic value which matched the text you typed after the @ symbol.
