Brizy Comment
I use, and have used, many tutorials over the past 40+ years. Yes, that is a true statement. I'm old. Today, I mentioned Brizy during an Adobe survey as an excellent example for bringing tutorials to the user. I cannot ever remember getting a step-by-step custom created video for an answer to a question. But that did happen recently with Brizy. It got my attention. My general criticism of tutorial videos and help otherwise, which I am passing along here is that, on youtube for instance, the creation date of the video and the specific version of the software is not always available. If such information was a requirement from youtube, then a sorted catalog of correct video content could be created based upon keywords like "Brizy Corp.etc. Another example might be Kennedy-Fusion 360-Beginner-Chamfer, Fillet, etc. If this was done, users could get to the topic and help they need in a much more efficient manner. I mentioned Brizy to Adobe because they seem to have "official" help videos, in addition to an excellent reply system for questions. Brizy, keep up the good work. Some folks do indeed recognize your attention to details when it comes to customer support.
