I can't make the audio file show the total time. It just reads 0:00

I'm able to upload the audio file and make it play, but I can't figure out how to insert the total playing time. So I added a text below with the time.

  Ariel,

  Thanks for working on this problem!  No, when I clear cache both in Firefox (my go-to) and Chrome, it doesn't pick up the 1:14 minutes.

  If you have access to another computer, please try checking it from there. You may also use your smartphone to confirm the issue. Alternatively, you can load your site using a proxy at https://www.croxyproxy.com/
