Can download and upload layout between two sites

Im trying to download a layout from one site and put it on another. "Could not download Saved Layout". 

Also it says "Your Plugin version is incompatible with Account version, please update plugin" even though I got the latest 2.5.3 and 2.5.1 on both sites. 

What can I do?

  We have identified this issue on websites with low PHP memory limits and max input times. To address the issue, please increase the memory limit to 512M and raise the max input time to 120 or higher.

  Alternatively, you can seek assistance from your hosting provider.

  Regarding the issue "Your plugin version is incompatible with the Account version, please update the plugin," this arises because we have not yet rolled out the update for Brizy Cloud to align with Brizy WP. The update is expected to be released soon and should resolve the issue.
