Popup not working

Hi, I have installed our popup (designed in Brizy Cloud) on our WooCommerce site in the footer section of the website as indicated by Brizy's installation instructions for popups, but the popup isn't showing when the website loads. We have recently migrated from Magento to WooCommerce. On the Magento site, the popup worked perfectly, but not on WooCommerce. Are there different steps that must be followed in WooCommerce or am I just missing something?
