    Apart from the account you have mentioned above, you also have a Brizy PRO Personal subscription associated with the email hayde...@gmail.com. A Pro license key generated from this account is being used in 3 websites.

    Thank you that is another account tied to personal use by that former employee, is there a way we can add additional licenses to this account? Thank you

    Hello,

    You are subscribed to the Brizy PRO Personal plan from November 18, 2019. This is a legacy subscription plan and no more available for purchase. Hence to add additional licenses, you must buy one of the existing plans listed at https://www.brizy.io/pricing-wordpress. Here are two possible options for you

    1. Buying the "Personal" plan as an addon plan for $59/year is one option. Your total cost will be $108/year. You get a single additional Pro license which can be used on a single additional website.  
    2. The other option is to cancel the current plan and buy the Freelancer plan for $99/year. This will give you access to 25 Pro licenses which can be used on 25 websites. After cancelling the existing plan, you will have to replace the current license key with the newly generated license keys from your Freelancer plan.  

    Among the two, the second option may work out better for you. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.
