Cancellation of SSL for whitelabel

Hi,

I'd like to cancel the SLL / Whitelabel subscription (due in September).

 

Can you help me out?

  Hello Koen,

  Do you wish to deactivate the SSL for your Brizy Cloud White Label plan, disable the white label feature, and access your projects under the Brizy Cloud brand?

  Hi KC,

  Yes indeed. Want to get back to the 'normal' situation as I don't have time for the whitelabel anylonger.

  Just wanted to make sure this can be done before the expiry date of the SSL so I don't get invoiced.

  Hi Koen,

  We have cancelled your SSL renewal and disabled the white label feature. Now your Cloud projects are available under the Brizy brand.
