Header and footer menu disappeared suddenly (without making any changes)

Hello,

I didn't change anything on one of my websites, but suddenly I am missing the header and footer menu. I tried to make a change on the website to see if it helps, but it didn't. Also I updated the Brizy plugin (Pro and normal) and it didn't help either.

One more thing: when I am using the Brizy builder: I DO see the header and footer menu on the pages, but when I view the page live, it is gone.

What can I do?

  Hello Annoeska,

  To fix the header and footer issue on your website, kindly follow these 3 steps

  1. Make a minor change to the header: Navigate to any page within your project, make a small edit in the global header (such as modifying the padding by one pixel), and then revert the change.
  2. Make a minor change to the footer: Similarly make a small edit in the global footer (such as modifying the padding by one pixel), and then revert the change.
  3. Save the Project: Save your work by clicking on the "Update" button at the bottom right corner
