Matrix question to forms

Hi!

For creating good surveys many will need to use a matrix question. Please add this to your list.

At the moment I tried to mimic the structure of a matrix question but it wasn't successful. Also one may need more than 6 options - for example 10 options in a row may come handy. Or even 0 + 1-10, so even 11 options.
