Team Members Can't log in

I have a Brizy Cloud Pro account and have created a site:

ncvh.org.uk

I have created a team member who is now getting the message in the screenshot below

ianpian59@gmail.com -                                                                                                               Viewer                                                                                                                                                   Editor                                                                                                                                                   Designer                                                                                                                                                   Manager                                                                                                                                     Designer                              Approved

 

 

Surely this should not be appearing and my team member should have full access to the site.

  Hi Charles,

  Ian Saunders would see the above message only if he switched to the "My Personal Projects" workspace in his account. If he switches to this workspace by mistake, he can close the Brizy Cloud dashboard window and return back to it after an hour and he will again have access to the NCVH workspace you have added him to.
