Bought Brizy PRO LTD in 2020 but lost access to Brizy Cloud

Hello! I bought Brizy Pro LTD directly from the Brizy site back in 2020, and it came with full access to Brizy Cloud, which I used to create a few projects. I found this screenshot of the deal on this forum saying it came with access to Brizy Cloud Studio - https://jumpshare.com/v/J5RSkIhc5VN8GGoLnHt2.

I just logged into my account after not using it for a while, and noticed it was asking me to start a Brizy Cloud trial which expires on August 26, 2024.

I clicked on "start trial" to see if it was an error or something. My dashboard still has projects I built years ago. I did update/change my email address a while back, so I wonder if that has anything to do with this.

Did Brizy PRO LTD purchasers lose access to Brizy Cloud? Can this be fixed? I can email my receipt and purchase confirmation if needed.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  This plan was added as an Add On and it does not affect your existing plans in your account. You can continue to access the features already available in your account even after the trial period ends.
