Issue with loading Saved and Globals Blocks in Brizy Pro WP Plugin
Hi Guys,
All my Saved and Global Blocks are not loading the Brizy Pro WP Plugin. It says "Your Plugin version is incompatible with Account version, please update plugin".
My Brizy Pro plugin version is 2.5.1.
See attached scrrenshort as well.

How can I get my Saved and Global Blocks to load in my Brizy Pro plugin?
Best,
Daniel

Hi Daniel,
Thank you for contacting us.
The error "Your Plugin version is incompatible with Account version, please update plugin" should be fixed in the next update of Brizy Cloud. However, the issue with the blocks not loading is unusual. Could you please confirm if you can replicate the issue with all other plugins disabled except Brizy and Brizy Pro? If you have WordFence, please also try setting it to Learning Mode and see if this makes any difference.
Please follow these steps to temporarily switch WordFence Firewall to Learning Mode:
1. In the WordFence plugin settings, go to Firewall;
2. Turn on Learning Mode - https://imgur.com/TucapoH;
3. Go back to your Brizy page, embed the code and update the page.
4. After completing the changes, go back to the WordFence settings and re-enable the 'Enabled and Protecting' option.Please let me know if this resolves the issue.

Hi Ariel,
Thank you for the prompt response :)
The issue persist after disabling all other plugins besides Brizy and Brizy Pro. I do not have WordFence installed. See screenshot below.

What else could I do to get all my Saved and Global Blocks to load?

Hi Daniel,
Thank you for the update.
Could you please try using another theme and see if you get the same result?

Hi Ariel,
I tried another theme and the Saved and Global Blocks loads into the Brizy Builder. With the isssue isolated I rebuilt my child theme and it now works :)
I conclude that something happned over the summer with with either the Blocksy Theme or Brizy update the broke the connection between my parent and child theme. Regardless it works now, and thank you for suggesting trying out another theme, as that helped me figure out the issue.
Have a great day!
Best,
Daniel0
