Getting error when invited users to workspaces attempt to login
Anyone else having issues inviting clients to collaborate on a project? When I invite a user to a workspace they sign up but are getting a 403 Forbidden error - I've tried with multiple different accounts\email addresses and browsers and get the same result. I have a ticket open with support but it is yet to be resolved.
Also, it seems like invited users get a trial notification? I don't want my clients to get a trial notification on white label that doesn't make sense.

In your Grand Avenue Dental Care workspace, if your client Leah is seeing the 403 Forbidden error, kindly request your client to accept the invitation you had sent earlier again and check if the White Label Dashboard is accessible (without the 403 Forbidden error). If required, remove the previous invitation and send a fresh Team Member invitation.
I will escalate your request to remove trial notification from your White label accounts.
