    Hi D Nico,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Upon checking, your website loaded almost instantly, as demonstrated in this screencast: https://youtu.be/OjSMV531HBU

    Best regards,

    Hi ariel.

If you visit pages that have been visited before, the speed is okay, but if you try to load a page that hasn't been visited yet, the loading time is around 10 seconds (as before without the new compiler).

    Hi D Nico,

    Thank you for the update.

Could you please review all the pages, make minor updates like adding some padding, and then save your changes? This should activate the compiler on the existing pages.
This process is further explained in this article: https://www.brizy.io/new-compiler-200-loading-performance-boost

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

I had already made changes but I just changed the padding as a new test.

I still don't see any difference (more than 10s in loading time)

I have escalated the issue to the development team. We will take a look at it and get back to you when we have an update.

    Hello.

Any news of the development team? For now, after a page update, the very first loading is around 10 seconds as before the implementation of the new compiler.

    thank you

    Hello.
I have to renew my white label license soon but I am not sure to renew it  if the cache problem continues.
Do you think you can resolve the problem? Is it a problem with global blocks?

    Hi Nico,

We do not have an immediate solution to the performance issue. We are still investigating on how to improve the performance during the first load after an update.

hello. I need to decide if I l renew my white label licence or not for this year.

Is it possible to have a discount  or break in my subscription until the ploblem is solved.

I haven't used brizy for a year because of this speed issue and I can't officially launch and communicate on my white label service because of it.

    Hi Nico,

We will extend your renewal date from October 20, 2024 to December 20, 2024. This will give us 2 more months to try and find a solution. You will have more time to make a final decision as well.
