Bonjour, 

 

Est-ce que vous pouvez rajouter mon numéro de TVA sur la facturation ? 

De plus, j'ai mis mon compte proffessionnel, savez-vous faire l'update de la facturation avec mes nouvelles informations ?

  Hello Léa,

  To update the VAT number in your invoices, kindly follow these steps

  1. Sign into your Brizy account at https://www.brizy.io/account/login
  2. Select the "Billing" option under Account
     
  3. Scroll down to the BILLING INFORMATION section and click on "Update Information"
     
  4. Update your VAT number in the page that opens up.

  Merci pour votre réponse, c'est en effet ce que j'ai fais, mais rien n'a changé sur la facture.

  Hi Léa,

  The changes you make to your VAT ID will be reflected in subsequent invoices. Past invoices will not include the revised VAT ID.

  Please send your most recent VAT ID to communitysupport@brizy.io, and we will send you a new invoice.
