Error in the licensing system for WordPress theme authors

Hello

I have a theme author license. Today I discovered that the licensing system stopped working. I have licensing set up via EDD. When my theme is purchased, a license for receiving updates is automatically issued. The same license activates Brizy Pro.

This whole system stopped working. If I try to activate my license in Brizy, it does not activate. I also tried to create a license manually, it also does not work (see the print screen). I discovered that the license date is an old expired date instead of a lifetime one.

  Hi Timur,

  We apologize for the inconvenience. This is because of a bug in the newly launched licensing management system. I have manually set the correct expiry dates for your licenses now. Please try adding the license key again.

  I see that you made one license a lifetime. But when I add a new license, the license expiration date is wrong again.

  When will licensing work correctly? Are you fixing the error?

  Hi Timur,

  We are working on fixing this error. Until we have a fix in place, we have to manually correct the validity errors. I have done it for the new license too.

  Hello

  Have you fixed the licensing system yet?

  I have a lifetime theme author license for WP. Today in my account opposite each license I see a new license expiration date. Now the term instead of lifetime > Expires 02/12/25.

  Are all my licenses now valid until 02/12/25 or lifetime?

  -

  Synchronization of Brizy keys with my keys issued via Easy Digital Downloads still does not work. Will this be fixed?

  Hi Timur,

  Your subscription renewal is scheduled for February 9, 2025 and your licenses are valid till February 12, 2025. When you renew your subscription, license validities will get extended for a year. 

  Regarding the synchronization of Brizy keys with your keys issued via Easy Digital Downloads, we will get back to you tomorrow.

  Hi Timur,

  We have made a tweak on our end to help synchronize Brizy keys with keys supplied through Easy Digital Download. We have no way to verify if it works well though. Kindly check at your end and let us know if it works now.
