Custom Links in the Menu Not Appearing on the Site

Hi team,

I'm trying to add a custom link to my site menus. I see them being inserted in the site editor, but when I preview the site, they do not appear.

Here's are some screenshots:

Site Editor: ("Pricing Page" is the custom link)

Site Preview:

Can you also tell me how to remove the .html extensions from the links that are opened from these menus?
