    Hi,

    We have now done the unthinkable and changed the IP of our server (with all the work this entails...). Suddenly, we no longer have problems with Brizy's license verification.

    So for everyone experiencing the same issue, DON’T let anyone tell you that your server is too small, too slow, or too inadequate. Your IP is simply blocked by an unidentified firewall from Brizy.

    Of course, changing hosting may seem like a solution, but not because you get a better server. Your IP address is simply changed automatically when you make the switch.

    We understand that the issue you encountered with Brizy's license verification was unique to your previous IP address. This type of error has also been reported by a few other customers, and in most cases, it was resolved successfully after being reported to their hosting providers.

    As you've experienced, changing the IP address often helps, as certain IPs may be blocked by security firewalls, including those on our licensing server, which uses the Sucuri firewall. Even if the IP is whitelisted, the Sucuri firewall could still block it due to other security triggers, such as rate limiting or suspicious behavior patterns.

    We're glad the IP change resolved the problem on your end, and we'll continue to monitor similar cases to improve our service. Should you have any further concerns, don't hesitate to reach out.
