I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request a refund for a personal cloud subscription that I recently purchased. I intended to purchase a WordPress subscription instead and mistakenly subscribed to the wrong service.
Could you please assist me with a refund for the $19 subscription? I would greatly appreciate your help with this matter.

Your Personal Cloud subscription has been canceled and is set to expire on September 6, 2024. Only yearly plans are eligible for refunds, per our terms and conditions at https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-conditions. We regret to notify you that as your Personal Cloud is a monthly subscription, you will not be eligible for a refund.
