Form submissions not arriving
I have a pop-up form created and it seems to work fine, I even see the message sent confirmation, but the email never comes. I am using the WordPress integration with Gmail address. I have tried with multiple emails and it still doesn't arrive.

Thank you for your cooperation. Instead of using WordPress to send emails from your site, could you please try configuring Gmail instead by following the steps outlined in this support article: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360044216151-Email-notification-via-Gmail

The email that will be used is a domain email not connected with Gmail, so I don't think this is a viable option.

Hi Timothy,
To send out email notifications, the Brizy form needs to be connected to any SMTP server on the planet. You can use any Gmail address for this purpose; the Gmail address need not be associated with your website or your domain.
