    Hi Timothy,

    Could you please provide us temporary access to your WP Admin page so we can inspect your site? We kindly request you to add us as an Admin user and send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io:

    - Community Support link: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/14881280027410
    - Admin User:
    - Password:
    - Also include the URL of your contact form.

    As a precaution, please make a full backup of your website.

    Hi Tim,

    Thank you for your cooperation. Instead of using WordPress to send emails from your site, could you please try configuring Gmail instead by following the steps outlined in this support article: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360044216151-Email-notification-via-Gmail

    Please give this a try and inform me of the outcome.

    The email that will be used is a domain email not connected with Gmail, so I don't think this is a viable option.

    Hi Timothy,

    To send out email notifications, the Brizy form needs to be connected to any SMTP server on the planet. You can use any Gmail address for this purpose; the Gmail address need not be associated with your website or your domain.

    Kindly follow the instructions at https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360044216151-Email-notification-via-Gmail and and let us know if you receive email notification every time a user fills out the form
