Editor Tool Bar - Disapeared

I logged into - but the tool bar dissapeared once i am moving to a page..... so i cant edit the page. Help!

  Hi Arieh,

  If you are asking about the WordPress Admin toolbar, kindly navigate to the Users section in your WordPress Dashboard

  

  Hover the mouse over your username and click on "Edit'. In your profile page, ensure the option "Show Toolbar when viewing site" is enabled
