BrizyPro Update 2.5.0 - Brizy Editor, Menus, Layout - everything completely broken
Since the BrizyPro Update to 2.5.0, we have been experiencing massive problems with our website. Reverting to the previous plugin version resolved the issue, but this is not a viable solution, even in the short term, as we update our site on a weekly basis.
Issues:
-
Brizy Editor: "Edit with Brizy" starts opening the editor, but it never finishes loading.
-
Missing menus/Broken layout: Loading any page of our website takes a very long time - several minutes. The result is completely broken. It appears as a very long list of styled fragments of the site, left-aligned. No menus, no footers - completely unusable.
The advice of making minor changes to menus and page settings doesn't help. Content changes are not possible because the editor doesn't work.
We have no errors when enabling logging.
Can you share some insights into the problem? What is the cause, and what can we do on our own to get the website with version 2.5.0 up and running without the layout distortion?

Hi Lenie,
Thank you for contacting us, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
This issue appears to be linked to WordFence. If you have it installed on your site, please consider trying the following steps to address the issue.
1. In the WordFence plugin settings, go to Firewall;
2. Turn on Learning Mode - https://imgur.com/TucapoH;
3. Go back to your Brizy page, make some minor adjustments, and then save the changes.
4. After completing the changes, go back to the WordFence settings and re-enable the 'Enabled and Protecting' option.If you don't use WordFence, please also verify if you have access to temporarily disable the Firewall/Mod Security in your hosting console. This should help resolve the issue with the editor.
If the issue continues, please provide us temporary access to one of your websites experiencing this problem so that we can investigate it. Add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to: communitysupport@brizy.io
