[Bug] Naming global popups or saved blocks no longer works in v2.5

Hi there, there is an issue now where I can no longer save global popups/blocks. Once I rename something it doesn't actually save. It only seems to affect Global items and not favorite ones. I  Tried it on pre-v2.5 and everything works as expected.
