    Hi Patrick,

Whilte Brizy Cloud supports the 'Translation' element, Brizy WordPress does not. This element is used in Brizy Cloud to switch languages in a multi language website.

Kindly let us know how you have added the language switcher element to your Brizy WordPress project.

    Hi KC George,

We currently use Brizy Pro on Wordpress, and the langage switcher is added by the TranslatePress module.

Do you think I have to contact the TranslatePress support ?

    Have a nice day

    Hi Patrick,

The most recent Brizy versions have an incompatibility with the TranslatePress language switcher. We are currently working on fixing it and we hope to release a fix along with one of the future Brizy updates.

Until we have a fix available for this issue, you may wan to roll back Brizy to its previous versions. Kindly use these files.

Kindly follow this procedure to roll back.

    • Deactivate and delete Brizy Pro
    • Deactivate and delete Brizy
    • Download Brizy 2.4.45 and in your WordPress Dashboard under Plugins - Add New - Upload Plugin, upload Brizy
    • Download Brizy Pro 2.4.38 and under Plugins - Add New - Upload Plugin, upload Brizy Pro

    Hi KG George,

Are you sure I won't loose my templates and so on ? Will the rollback affect my live website ?

    Hi Patrick,

The website's design will be impacted during the execution of the rollback, let's say for 5 minutes. Your website will continue to function properly following the rollback if you adhere to the procedure given above.

    Hi George,

I waited to come back from holidays to do the roll back. The solution you proposed me do not work at all and creates critical error in front...

See error message attached. Well, it seems that we have to find another editor that allows us to manage multilingual since your wordpress solution doesn't work with translation modules :(

I'll leave a customer review on your wordpress download page to inform other customers with that bug.
