Update crashed my site

Since I updated to Brizy Pro 2.5.0 and Brizy 2.5.1 my entire when crazy. I can't even go into the editor because it loads nonstop. I've deactivated all other plugins and tried to change themes. Nothing works. Fix this please.

  Could you please check if you have access to temporarily disable Mod Security in your hosting console to see if this helps in resolving the issue?

  Otherwise, this is something we need to inspect from your WP Admin page. Please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to: communitysupport@brizy.io

  Im backing it up right now. Ive sent the login details.

  Im having the same problem with the editor on another subdomain to Webboteket. Could they have something in common?

  Hi Kristoffer,

  Your Brizy plugin update could not get completed and a few files are missing. I attempted to deactivate and delete Brizy and reinstall it. Deleting of the plugin also could not be completed.

  Can you sign into your File Manager in your hosting cPanel (or another server management software) and delete the following two plugin folders?

  • /wp-content/plugins/brizy
  • /wp-content/plugins/brizy-pro

  Kindly take the help of your host to delete these two folders if required. We will then reinstall Brizy and Brizy Pro.

  I’ll do that later today and come back to you. Will my design be removed once i delete these files or is it safe?

  Hi Kristoffer,

  Your design will be unaffected by deleting and reinstalling the Brizy plugins.

  There was only a 

  • /wp-content/plugins/brizy

  which I now have removed.

  Thank you George.

  I just created another subdomain juridikservice.webboteket.se, but right after I chose the starter template Atorna, the editor stuck in the loading screen, I have done nothing more to the site.
