    Hi Darren,

Cancellation is a manual process. Have you filled up the cancellation form at https://www.brizy.io/cancel? If you have not, kindly mention here your primary reason for cancelling and we will cancel your subscription today.

Hi, I have tried this, the website keeps referring back to this URL  when I hit the final part of the process (go to cancellation dashboard). https://www.brizy.io/account/member/payment-history

    Hi KC George,

My apologies, please can you reinstate my cloud studio subscription renewal before it expires at the end of today. After waying up the benefits, I think I need to stick with it.

I was looking to curb recurring fees within my business overall, but have decided the benefits of my existing studio plan outweigh stopping the subscription. As mentioned previously, I have the lifetime Wordpress Brizy Pro (early adopter) but the bonus of leaving static brochure sites up on Brizy Cloud, and not having to worry about Wordpress Core updates and the very real possibility of cross compatibility problems with 3rd party plugin updates (or no updates!) making sites crash, is a big bonus.

Hope you can see your way to helping.

    Thanks.

Could you also cancel my studio cloud subscription please:

Brizy Cloud Studio next bill Jul 31, 2027

Not my cloud LTD obviously, though... these I'll keep.

    I'm in the same predicament.

    Hello George,

I just realized something and I'm a little bit mad about how this is handled. You did downgrade my plan, but as you said, it will expire July 31st, 2026. All my client pages have been set to the free mode even though I'm still paying.

I just realized because a client told me that he was having trouble with his lead form and had a badge on his page. I just assumed that this is already ongoing since over months, and I didn't realize because there was so much going on around Christmas. ... I had to upgrade the pages one-by-one today to "Pro" inside of my allowance (denoted as 8 pages), even though I'm still paying for Studio (with unlimited "pro") for the time being.

So, your entire license system doesn't seem to track very well.

    Hi Max,

    Thank you for the update.

I completely understand why this situation is frustrating, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

To clarify, your Studio plan requires Dashboard V1, which supports unlimited Pro usage and unlimited Pro licenses. When you originally purchased the Brizy Pro Lifetime (Studio) plan, your account was correctly placed on Dashboard V1, giving you access to Pro elements on unlimited websites.

However, when you later purchased the AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 plan, your account was automatically switched to Dashboard V2. Dashboard V2 is designed for plans with a fixed number of Pro licenses. This was not an intentional downgrade on our end, but rather the result of stacking two plans that are technically incompatible with each other.

Because both plans rely on different dashboard systems, the system can only apply one dashboard at a time, which caused the behavior you experienced.

To fully benefit from both plans, the recommended solution is to create a new Brizy Cloud account and transfer the AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 plan there. This way, you can keep your Studio plan on Dashboard V1 with unlimited Pro access while using the AppSumo Cloud plan separately without conflicts.

Again, I apologize for the inconvenience. You can create a new, separate account here: https://www.brizy.io/account/signup. Once the account is created, please let me know so we can start the transfer process.

    Kind regards,
    Ariel H.
