Billing Confusion

Hi,

i received an email from Paddle yesterday saying 'Your Brizy PRO Studio Subscription will renew soon' on 31 July 2024, but in my dashboard says 'You are subscribed to Brizy PRO Studio. Next payment ($111.87) is due on July 31, 2025'

Why am I getting billed on July 31, 2024. Is there a mistake somewhere?

  Hi David,

  Yes; there is an error in the calculation of the renewal date. We apologize for the incorrect date of renewal. Your Brizy PRO Studio plan was last renewed on July 31, 2023 and your next renewal is scheduled on July 31, 2024. We have corrected the renewal date error.

  Kindly update your payment method by clicking on the "Update" option next to your last invoice so that your renewal can go through smoothly on July 31.
