Integrate multilingual menu into the header while retaining style

I have a native, multi-lingual (en and fr) that is already created and working.

I have 4 total (2 tops 2 footers)

When I try to include the menu object, all I get is the footer, english menu without any ways of altering it.

I have tried short code but it does not resolve.

Please assist.
