What petition software works well with Brizy?

Hello!  I'm creating a website with a Pledge of Political Nonviolent" for the US, regarding the tension around the upcoming election.

Do you know what petition plug-ins work well with Brizy?  Will I be able to put the plug-in into a block, or should I style the whole page with regular Wordpress?
