POPUP not showing

Hi, the code is already installed in inktonerstore.com  but it's not showing.

Here is the popup  https://admin.brizy.io/projects/6399532/editor/external_popup/0

I do see the code in the source code, but no popup is showing.

Please help.  Please keep this ticket private. I don't see a way to do this.
