    Hi Timothy,

    Thank you for keeping in touch.

    We recently released an update to Brizy and Brizy Pro that conflicted with WordFence.

    If you have WordFence, please follow these brief instructions:

    - In the WordFence plugin settings, navigate to Firewall;

    - Enable Learning Mode - https://imgur.com/TucapoH

    - Return to your Brizy page, make some minor changes, and then update the page;

    - Once done, return to the WordFence settings and re-enable the Enabled and Protecting option.

    Please let me know if this resolves the issue.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    I am having the same occurrence but I do not have the WordFence plugin. Is there any other known issues causing this problem?

    Hi Kiersten,

    Recent Brizy versions have some compatibility issues with the Apache web server. Please check if your website is hosted on an Apache web server following the procedure at https://jmp.sh/2UeqSoEE

    Kindly rollback to the previous Brizy versions to edit and save your changes if your website is hosted on an Apache web server. Use these versions of Brizy

    Follow the below procedure to roll back.

    • Deactivate and delete Brizy Pro
    • Deactivate and delete Brizy
    • Download Brizy 2.4.45 and in your WordPress Dashboard under Plugins - Add New - Upload Plugin, upload Brizy
    • Download Brizy Pro 2.4.38 and under Plugins - Add New - Upload Plugin, upload Brizy Pro

    Ok thanks for letting me know. I do indeed have my site on an Apache server.

    Just to check, if I deactivate and delete, then reinstall brizy. My website isn't going to get messed up or have to be re-created will it? Sorry, its my first time running into an issue like this. Thanks.

    Hi Kiersten,

    Let's say it takes you 5 minutes to deactivate, delete, and reinstall Brizy and Brizy Pro. During those 5 minutes, your website's frontend will be messed up, but it will return to normal once you complete the process. You don't have to recreate anything.
