    Hi Chris,

    Thank you for contacting us.

This is something we need to inspect from your WP Admin page. Please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to: communitysupport@brizy.io

Please make a full backup of your site as a precaution.

In the meantime, could you please try disabling all other plugins except for Brizy and Brizy Pro to see if the issue persists? If the issue does not occur with other plugins disabled, it is possible that there may be a conflict with one of the third-party plugins installed on your site. Additionally, you can try temporarily switching to another theme to determine if the issue is related to your current theme.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

Thanks for the update Ariel, I hope the issue can be resolved soon as the client's site is a popular ecom store and we're in the middle of a wide-scale ad campaign.

    Hi Chris,

    Thank you for your patience.

We recently released an update for Brizy; however, some websites are still encountering the same issue. If you are managing multiple websites, please consider reverting your site to a previous backup where the issue was not present and ensure that automatic updates for plugins in WordPress are disabled - https://wordpress.org/plugins/stops-core-theme-and-plugin-updates/.

Alternatively, if you require access to older versions, please use this link: https://tinyurl.com/mr3b4bev

We will keep you updated on the progress of this issue in this support thread. We apologize for any delays in resolving this issue.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
