    Hi George,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We have recently received similar reports.

To address the issue, please try making some minor changes to the global header and footer, such as adding a period or inserting some extra letters. Save your changes and update the page. Afterward, revert your adjustments. Then, preview the site to check if this resolves the issue.

This approach has been successful for another customer who encountered a similar issue in this support thread: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/20307368904594

Alternatively, you can also revert to the older versions using the following links: https://tinyurl.com/4z3cj26y

Here are the steps to roll back:

    1. Navigate to the Plugins section and uninstall both Brizy and Brizy Pro.
    2. Upload and activate Brizy first.
    3. Next, upload Brizy Pro and activate it.

Please try these steps and inform me of the outcome. We will keep you updated once we have resolved the issue with the recent update.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

I had the same issue with Brizy 2.5. I switched back to the older version and now the Header / Footer is visible again. Please don’t roll out a “Beta Version” next time. I’ve seen the warning in the WP plugin-section, but I had automatic updates. If you know that there will be more issues possible as usual, please don’t roll out it for everybody.

    Hi Michael,

    Sorry about that.

To disable automatic updates, please follow the steps outlined in this link: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-disable-automatic-updates-in-wordpress/#method-2-disabling-automatic-wordpress-updates-plugin

The simplest method is to update the functions.php file and include the following directive:

    add_filter('auto_update_plugin', '__return_false');

You may also use the Code Snippets plugin to insert the code if you don't want to directly edit the functions.php file as suggested in the above article.

Please give this a try and inform me of the outcome.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
