    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try reverting to the older versions: https://tinyurl.com/4z3cj26y

    Steps to roll back:

    1. Navigate to the Plugins section and uninstall both Brizy and Brizy Pro.
    2. Begin by uploading and activating Brizy.
    3. Proceed to upload Brizy Pro and activate it.

Please try these steps and inform me of the results. Rest assured; we will update you once we have resolved the issue with the recent update.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

Thank you, your suggestion has not made any difference, I think I will disable these pop ups until you make further progress with this.

    regards,

    Hi Clive,

    Thank you for the update.

Please check if you have any caching plugins or server-side cache. If so, try purging the cache to see if this helps.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Owen,

    Thank you for the update.

It looks like your site is using the Seraphinite Accelerator for caching and optimization, but it appears to be disabled.

Could you enable the popups so we can inspect your site? Additionally, please let us know how the popups are supposed to function so we can replicate the issue.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

The problem still exists, even after Brizy Pro 2.5.1. And I have noticed that when I added a submenu item, see screenshot, it does not appear on the web page. https://meditationinexeter.org/

    please help,

    regards,

    Clive

    Hi Clive,

Thank you for staying in touch.

The sub-menu seems to be functioning correctly on my end.

Could you please try clearing your browser cache or using another browser?

Additionally, please ensure to update both Brizy and Brizy Pro to the latest versions.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ariel,

Thank you for your patience and help. I was able to fix the menu, by changing to another one and then changing back. The other problem still persists, I am up to date with the current versions, I've just dowloaded Opera, but no better.Hoping that a relevant update appears soon.

    best wishes, Clive

    Hi Clive,

The latest versions of Brizy have issues with the popup display conditions. On our end, we have developed a patch for this bug. We intend to release this patch along with a later version of Brizy.

    Hi,

This problem with the pop ups is now over one month old, please give me some idea when it will be fixed. Im thinking of trying a popup plugin if you don't have a reasonable timescale in mind?.
