Global section disappears

On all our customers' sites, global sections have disappeared. 

We've deactivated all plugins, but this doesn't solve the problem. 

Have you found a solution? Should we go back to earlier versions?

  Thank you for contacting us.

  To address the issue, you can try making minor tweaks to the global header and footer, like adding a period or some extra letters. Save the changes, update the page, then revert the modifications. Finally, preview the site to see if this resolves the issue.
