My pages with global blocks are suddently showing correctly

I've been using global blocks for a long time and suddenly my website is messed up looking. The global blocks are missing (the header and other content) even though they are showing as enabled under the global blocks.

  For this, please make a minor change to your global block then save then change it back. Once you make these changes, your global blocks should display without any issue.
