Unable to connect to domain

I entered the Cname and Record values, but I can't connect Why do you do that?

After purchasing the domain from Cafe24, I entered the c name and a record value, but I can't connect Why do you do that?

I asked Cafe 24 and they said that there seems to be an error on the brizzy side.

  Are you trying to point the domain www.탐탐티켓.com to a Brizy Cloud website? A DNS lookup of the domain returns no domain records. Kindly click on the URL below and select the "Lookup DNS" button https://dnschecker.org/all-dns-records-of-domain.php?query=%ED%83%90%ED%83%90%ED%8B%B0%EC%BC%93.com&rtype=ALL&dns=google

  The A Record and the CNAME record you have added do not show in the DNS lookup. Can you check with Cafe24 why the DNS records are not visible in a DNS lookup?
