Every Stripe Payment in Our Stripe Account is Creating a User?

Hi there. We have a huge issue. Every payment out stripe account processes adds a user to our Brizy website account. We don't want this. We deleted the secret key. Is that going to stop this from happening? this is terrible for our other website business
