Hello,

I've paid this evening 39 € and want activate my old account (Info@jmmcapital.eu).

Am I obliged to restart a new account ?

Can you please check and tell me what to do

  Hi Jean-Marie,

  On September 22, 2023, you signed up for the Freelancer Cloud plan. You then renewed it in October and November of that same year, and your subscription was extended until December 21, 2023.

  

  You hadn't renewed your subscription in December 2023 and your plan was active until you cancelled it on January 20, 2024. Your yesterday's transaction of $39 settled the outstanding balance owed from December 22, 2023, to January 20, 2024. 

  

  Since this plan was cancelled, reactivating it is not possible. You will have to sign up for a new account and we can then migrate your projects from this account to your new account.
