    Hi Joseph,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you provide additional details about the issue you encountered? Were you attempting to access the Starter Templates, or were you trying to import a template onto a page?

In the meantime, please ensure that you are using the latest versions of Brizy and Brizy Pro.

If this does not resolve the issue, also try to replicate the issue with all plugins disabled except for Brizy and Brizy Pro. If the issue is resolved with all other plugins disabled, it is likely that one of the plugins on your site is causing the issue.

Kindly try these steps and let me know the outcome.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hello, Ariel H.

I hope you are doing well !

Below is the limited access I have, to me the versions look good.

With the account that is setup I used the instructions provided. When going to the website builder options I am not given pro access.

I also for some reason don't have the plugin, and I don't have any options to adjust the plugin to activate it?

So overall when I use Brizy I am given the base options, not the pro?

To my understanding I have done everything I could, unless I am missing something...

I{ have tried to upload a new plugin.

I am given the " Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page." message.

I have tried to upload the screen shots and the web browser will not allow me to... thank you M$?
