Hi!

I get the message "your email was not sent". I've used the password to the webmail.

  Kindly share with us the URL of the page where the Brizy form gives the error "your email was not sent", so that we can troubleshoot the issue.

  Hi Kristoffer,

  When inspecting your website using Chrome DevTools, I see the error "code: 400, message: "SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host. Failed to connect to server" Kindly see this screenshot https://jmp.sh/Nq27ctmT

  SMTP error 400 codes usually indicate that the receiving mail server is temporarily failing, but the action will be completed on another try. I tried a few times and I received the same error.  Kindly test your SMTP server settings using the service https://www.gmass.co/smtp-test. Errors are highlighted using red colored text

  You may want to check with https://www.loopia.se/ why the server returns 400 error.
