Licenses were not renewed

Hi, we have renewed subscription, however licenses were not renewed, please advise how to extend expiration dates for active license keys.

  Hi Max,

  We apologize for the inconvenience. Due to an issue with the license management system, when a subscription is renewed, the validity of licenses are not extended for an additional year. We have manually extended validity of all your licenses.
