    Hi Han,

    The Personal Cloud LTD plan is active and the Pro elements and custom domain publishing is available in your account. You have mentioned that "My clients are complaining that they can't see the pages". I randomly checked a few pages. I could not see a page with membership feature enabled.  

    Which pages do they not have access to? What actions we should take to see the issue you are having? Maybe you could make a screen recording to demonstrate the problem you are facing.

    I made roles as below.. (Sorry, the language on this website is not English..)

     

    and for example, 

    This page is given roles, and I assigned this role to my paid client.

    The page suppose to be seen as above playing videos, but the page doesn't show any videos.

     

    As a website manager myself can not see the the contents of the page.

    It was working fine until one of my client complained several days ago. I haven't done anything..

    Every pages with roles are not working as membership.

    Hi Han,

    I tested a couple of your web pages after registering as a user on your website. Videos you have added to different pages are visible in the frontend. Check out my test at https://jmp.sh/JyIQpexU

    Please retest at your end to ensure the membership feature functions well. If all goes well, feel free to remove the user I have added.

    With logged in you created shows ID and can access to the videos.

    But when I log in mine, my ID doesn't show. This is the difference!

    and can't see the videos.

    I have no clue what makes this difference..

    Hi Han,

    Does this affect every user or just one specific user? Please delete and recreate the user if the problem only affects one user. Please let us know whether the problem is occurring for all of your users, and we will attempt to resolve it on our end.

    I myself made new ID and tested, and it works fine as you tested yours.

    The problem is.. the membership for the all users signed in before today is not working as I explained.

    Please resolve this problem.
