    Hi Ian,

If you sign into your Brizy Cloud Dashboard from a private (incognito) window of your browser, do you see the same error?

Kindly also check if you see the error when accessing the dashboard from a different browser.

Yes, I still see it in private window and I've tried it in Edge and Firefox.

Same problem here (all projects),  incognito mode / clearing cache makes no difference

When can we expect fix for this problem? It is really hard to work on project when you are unable to add blocks...and it was reported 2 days ago.

Hello Ian, Tomasz, Tom and Al Fereira,

Yesterday, we were able to troubleshoot this issue by getting access to one customer's PC. After we resolved the 500 Internal Server Error that was occurring with a certain URL, the customer verified that he could now access the premade blocks library.

Kindly test if the issues persists at your end and let us know your finding
