Error with custom domain

Hi,

I try to add a custom domain but get an error message when doing so even if according to me I'm allowed to 3 custom domain as per the initial appsumo plan - see printscreen below

Can you help?

  Hi Ana,

  Your AppSumo Brizy Lifetime plan gives you access to 3 custom domains and you have used 7 custom domains already. Custom subdomains are also counted in the allotted custom domains.

  3. https://blog.amagicalbutterfly.com/
  4. https://goforshine.amagicalbutterfly.com
  5. https://example1.amagicalbutterfly.com
  6. https://example4.amagicalbutterfly.com
  7. https://example2.amagicalbutterfly.com

  Delete unused custom domains by clicking on the Delete Domain option to publish more websites using custom domains

  Thanks for the feedback.

  This is not what was explained at the time of the Appsumo deal - see below comment from Dimi. I understood subdomain were counted as only 1 domain (i.e in my case all amagicalbutterfly.com subdomains would count as only 1 domain)

  Did anything change in the meantime?

  Hi Ana,

  Custom subdomains have been counted as custom domains for Brizy Cloud licensing for the past three to four years. The last five years have seen significant changes since Dimi told you this in 2019.

  Have you attempted to delete a custom domain that you no longer need? After deleting a custom domain, add one to a new project and check if the problem resolves.
