Seeking Alternatives for Post Featured Video Plugin Incompatibility with Brizy

Good morning,

We installed the Post Featured Video plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-featured-video/) to display a video instead of an image as the featured image in posts. Unfortunately, it is incompatible with Brizy. What alternatives can you suggest to achieve this functionality?
