Brizy Pro Lifetime - Locked out of Brizy Cloud Pro Components

I'm hoping someone can help me.
I purchased Brizy Pro Lifetime Deal on September 18, 2021.
I was made to understand that lifetime access to Brizy Cloud including pro features would remain available after the two years were up and that the custom domain and hosting were the only things that would end after the two years were up.
It appears that I am unable to access any of the pro components or templates on Brizy Cloud. When I hover over pro items, I'm told to upgrade to Pro. Same with workspaces, I am no longer able to create workspaces to organize projects.
I believe I saw a similar post where this was resolved so I am hoping someone can look into this and let me know.

We regret any inconvenience this has caused. We are in the process of upgrading our license management system. To work on a long-term fix for this problem, we will require more time.
Your account now has a temporary Free Trial Cloud PRO plan attached to it. For the next 14 days, you can use the Pro elements in the builder. We will workout a longer-term solution for you in the interim. Kindly let us know if everything works fine as expected.

I have logged in and see the 14 day trial status on my account.
It appears the Pro elements are accessible now and not prompting me to upgrade.
It also appears I am able to create workspaces again and am not prompted to upgrade.
Out of curiosity, will this be resolved in 14 days or so? Or will I lose access to the pro features again after 14 days are up? I only ask because I was planning on working on a few projects.
